Rock Stars Juniors came together last Monday for our Christmas Party! As Christmas songs played, DCC Juniors played pass the parcel while traversing the Junior Wall! Our face painter Libby from LT Entertainments came along and Santa's Elves dropped off a sack of presents just in time. It all made for a festive and fun evening!

Durham Climbing Centre Juniors proudly accepted their Rock Stars Gold Awards this evening in a presentation from their coaches. Head Coach Andy presented the awards and discussed the next step for Thomas, Joseph and Jake as they become Junior Helpers. Another Rock Star to achieve their Gold Award Jonah Kirtley stepped out of the limelight tonight to attend his sisters birthday party. Jonah will be presented with his award in the New Year.
These Juniors work through set criteria every week in their Rock Stars lessons to develop the skills required at each stage Bronze, Silver and Gold.
Everyone at DCC are very proud of these young climbers! Well done to all.

Tuesday 18th: We Welcome Two New Coaches & Present Juniors with Gold Awards
Tomorrow evening we're having a bit of a do at DCC as we bid farewell to Paul Carruthers and welcome two new coaches for January 2013! Do come along for the last Junior Academy and Free coaching session of the year.
Coaching Academy Juniors achieve the highest accolade: Rock Stars Gold Award. We are hosting an awards ceremony to celebrate their achievement.
